Most lawns that we install are to replace poorly maintained lawns. Lawns can degrade and become unhealthy due to variety of reasons, including not being watered for a long stretch of time, improper use of fertilizer, improper watering schedule, improper drainage, and even high traffic over the sod. If the lawn can be fixed we will let you know, but if removal and installation of a new lawn is needed we will cover those bases as well. We install brand new lawns where turf was never installed before, and also replacement lawns to replace old turf.
In order to ensure that your new lawn will thrive and look beautiful year round, our team will test your soil and then ammend your soil with whatever products and nutrients are neessary to create an environemtn where your sod will thrive.
